Powers:

Napalm Nozzles- On the sides of the head, just under the reptile like ear holes, sit two pods with nozzles pointing forwards. These shoot globs of burning napalm with pinpoint accuracy, taking down and covering the avian's foes in flames. The nozzles can angle inwards while the beak is open to combine to two globs into a much larger glob or just to coat the beak itself when it is closed, to set it on fire later. It should also be noted that Flauker is able to use her powerful voice to give the napalm a sudden boost. When her beak is open the bird fires the burning globs while using her sonic laugh, this creates a tornado of fire that cones out from her beak and is perhaps her most destructive attack in the foul creature's arsenal.

Wing Jets- Two jets are built into the kaiju's thumb like wing spikes, these can be activated at any time for a sudden burst of speed. While the beast is already quite fast, when the rockets are turned on she can temporarily become so fast she is only a blur to the naked eye.

Air Tank- On Flauker's back, just above her small command center, sit's a large tank of pure oxygen. This can act under water to let the bird stay down for two hours when her normal time is 20 minuets, though it has another use. Being made out of pure oxygen it can give the avian a second wind if she is tiring or even a sort of high to block out pain.

Water Wings- In water or air, her wings flap up and down and power the monster where ever she want to go. In the air she is insanely fast and has few rivals, however she is not the best when under the water, monster more adapted to this environment can gain the upper hand in the fight. Though this still acts as a handy getaway tactic or a way to hide so that she may ambush her targets.

Brute Beak- Though the insides and tip of the beak is blunt, it can slam shut with impressive force, enough to break bones. Though she almost never opens it unless her voice is needed or it's time to feed. More often then not the Skua uses her beak as a hammer or a battering ram to crumble her foes. Flauker's beak is nearly indestructible and even fire proof, this is her main weapon of choice when it combat and it proves to be her most deadly.

Hand/Tail- At the end of the avian's long tail is what looks like a three fingered hand, this is used to pick up objects or delicate work that a beak or talons just aren't suited for. These stubby fingers are strong enough to lift a monster Flauker's own weight into the air or even drag a larger monster with the help of her strong wings. The length of the tail can also be used to constrict around the throat, something the bird enjoys most when she can look into the eyes of her prey and watch that light slowly fade away.

Ear Shatter- Flauker can let loose a long call that sounds like a deep set laugh, but the sound itself isn't as important as what the call does. To humans or weakened kaiju, it can stun, slowly driving them insane until the sound has washed every single thought from a person's skull. If it is muffled, blocked or counted with a very strong mind, it is very much like nails on a chalk board, never leaving as it annoys it's target to no ends. Survivors of her attacks often like it to a large fly or wasp being stuck in their ear, buzzing and scratching madly around as it tried to escape. Because of this, Flauker is only deployed over populated areas when there is no other choice.

Flight of Insanity- The skua is the undisputed queen of rapid coarse changing, she can suddenly dodge to just about any angle. If she is attacked from the left she might charge towards her foe and suddenly yank her body above her target, making them miss. Flauker is nearly impossible to predict as her flight path confuses all sane mind and most insane ones.

Weakness:

Oxygen Tubes- Flauker's oxygen tubes are easy to damage and if cut she will be winded and unable to withstand long battles.

Fast but Frail- Like many fliers, she is quick and powerful, though she has very little in the way of defense.

Finisher:
LOLs- Flauker flies right up to his foe's ear with a smile on her beak, then lets loose a point black fit of laughter that causes her target to scream in pain and fall to the ground, withering and whimpering every second those mind numbing sounds drill into it's head. Finally when the monster falls into a coma, Flauker sets about devouring the still living creature, bit by bit.

Personality: Flauker knows just how the humans feel about her and she seems to love it, if she is able to increase her fearsome reputation without her masters shouting at her, she will. The skua takes great pleasure in taking her targets apart piece by piece, whether she starts at mind or body, it never matters when she gets to listen to the screams. She doesn't seem to mind being under the thumb of the GDF, in fact in her eyes this lets the avian do just about whatever she feels like it as long as she doesn't push her luck. While she is forbidden to "play" with her fellow GDF aligned monsters, though it should be noted she often taunts Anatitora. She was created to battle Avimari who is perhaps one of the most common kaiju level threats and because of this she often sees the dim witted seagull as boring to deal with.

Description: Starting at the head, Flauker's beak is large and bulky, shaped like a super sized parrot bill that is stretched out sideways. The point at the tip of the beak is dull, though it, like the rest of the bird's mouth, packs a heavy punch. The beak itself is nearly larger then the skua's entire head. The kaiju have a very rounded head if you don't count the beak, the eyes sit behind the bill, forced back to make room for the massive beak. The head sits on a short, yet comparatively long neck. Most of the animal is covered in small plate like scales, only Flauker's back retains any sort of feather from her base animal. Her body is a little bulky, but over all oval shaped, letting her snake her head back into an S shape or easily look around at her sides if she needs to do so. Covering her back, base of the neck and top of her tail, are short fine feathers which act much like those of a penguin's, to keep in body warmth. The feathers are a light brown in color, off setting the scales of the avian which are a sort of dull orange. The legs are strong, muscles at the highs, yet thin on the rest of the leg, moving down to a three toed foot that is slightly webbed. While these long legs help the light skua run if she needs to, they are outclassed by many other light running kaiju. Flauker's tail is long and whip like, ending in a small bulky pod of flesh which the hand is mounted. The hand itself is made of three fingers, two longer ones coming out above and one thumb like digit below. The feathers only cover the top half of Flauker's tail, while her belly and the rest of her underside is naked. Her wings are a bit off, being long built like any sea bird's, but they are also a bit wider then one would think, this lets her keep her bulk up in the air with little effort as well as the machines that are now built into the kaiju. All along her scaled wing, three finger bones stretch out like the "skeleton" of an old bi-plane. Near the base of the wing is a sort of thumb spike, anchored to the spike is a small rocket pod with thrusters that point out backwards, it's over all shape is oval, to reduce air drag. On Flauker's lower back is another large pod, just behind her shoulder muscles sit's a small oval command center that is little more then a metal dome to house one or two GDF pilots. Just above the dome is a large tank of air, it is in fact mounted on the front of the dome so it doesn't get in the way of muscle movement. Two long cords snake out from the tank and enter the kaiju just under her shoulder blades, where they feed directly into her lungs. Her last bit of metal are two pods welded into her cheek, just under the eyes and right behind the beak, there is one on each side of her head and sport a small port which in turn houses the nozzle that spits napalm.

Origin: Flauker was one of the few monsters that the GDF scientist tinkered around with on a genetic level. She was created mostly for battling Avimari and other air based threats, though once in a long while she will be sent against a ground foe. Often used when the other cyborg are busy, Flauker is almost never used unless the GDF are ready for massive collateral damage.
