Powers:

Artic Bulk- Due to his immense size and weight, Imperior is a hard kaiju to move let alone battle and when angered he can throw his weight around with great force. Lesser monsters have been crushed under his dull talons like toothpicks, the more unlucky have been sat on.

Blubber Coating- Much of this monster's body is coated in a layer of fat, or blubber, making up a good deal of his weight, muscle makes up most of the rest of it along with dense bones. In any case, this blubber makes his body nearly impervious against blunt force attacks, more often then not only bugging the giant avian as he get's ready to return the blow ten fold.

SnowCannon- Imperior has only one ranged weapon, while it has limited use it is extremely deadly within these borders. The penguin inhales large amounts of air into his lungs, which of course are very large for a diving animal. Within these lungs his body secretes a type of gas that bonds with the water atoms in the air before Imperior opens his beak and short coughing sound. Half a second later a large ball made up of hyper dense ice flies through the air, this has been known to punch through all known steels as well as breaking bones of any foe kaiju who dares challenge this odd bird.

Towering Strength- Being one of the tallest kaiju on record, Imperior has the advantage in any match of brute strength, able to always use his leverage against any monster who makes the mistake of trying to grapple claw to claw with him. For him it is very simple to press another kaiju into the ground, even snapping their neck with the shear force he brings to bare from his powerful arms.

Master Swimmer- Being born of a penguin blood as well as being heavily mutated, this monster is a master in the underwater world. Where his slow yet powerful gate displays pure strength on land, in the water he is as agile as one of his smaller cousins. His bulk moving at a rapid pace that even full time swimmers have trouble with, here is when he is at his most deadly.

Weakness:

Large Bodied- On land, his bulk works against him, making Imperior slow at turning, leaving him open to attacks from average speed kaiju who could take advantage of this and turn the battle.

Easily Angered- Imperior is used to getting his own way, seen as a king in his tundra lands, but outside this many kaiju challenge him. It isn't all that hard to tick the bird off, sending him into a rage which makes his attacks sloppy.

Finisher:
King of the North- Imperior lifts the kaiju up with his strong arms, until they are over his head before giving a thunderous…and very penguin roar. Then he slams them down on the ground before raising one foot and focusing all his weight and strength on it before stomping down, breaking the offender's  spine like glass.

Personality:  The avian acts as a human king would, respecting honor and courage no matter the size of the person or monster, though this doesn't mean he will show mercy. He protects any who chose to make their home in the ice and snow of the artic as well as North and South poles. He is seen as a guardian , having small statues of his likeness in a few villages who depend on his protection the most. Though he seems to have no real love for humans, and has even been noted ripping through a city or two on his way to something deemed more important by the massive bird. In any case, when threatened Imperior seems to instinctively know is a kaiju is benevolent or not, often throwing up a loud raucous battle cry when a monster such as Avimari or Trial are around. He is here to stay, watching over any life that chooses to live in the cold, guiding spirit or lonely mutant, while the jury is out, Imperior is still in.

Description: Starting with his stance, Imperior has one of the most erect postures on the kaiju roster, nearly matching that of a human being. He stands on two, short-ish yet thick legs which are just packed with muscle to support his great weight. His feet are huge three toed talons, while dull they are perfect for digging into icy ground and let him move about with ease.  His feet are a dull yellow by the way.  Now, his body itself doesn't look fat, his stomach has a slight bulge in it though. His chest and upper arms look very strong, not quite as muscled as his legs but very close. His head is the least changed of this monster, sporting a dark red, almost violet beak that contrasts to his black and white body. The beak has rivets going vertically across it, making the beak look worn from age or weather, giving him an almost primal look. Imperior's eyes are a light blue, showing no pupil at all that just shine, in any darkness. Above the eyes sit eyebrow feathers that look like something from a rock hopper penguin, these slide back to the sides of the head  and then bend slightly down at the sides of his head where they end in downwards facing tuffs. These are pure white in color and almost seem to symbol his strength and power, like a feathered crown. While having a rather long neck, his shoulders seem more or less apart of it and don't stick out all that much. His arms are rather human looking, but of course muscled and ending in four un-webbed talon like hands, which look more like those of a dinosaur.  Along the outer side of the forearms is a thin lip that forms at the base of the wrist and goes back until the start of the kaiju's elbow. These are very slight flippers which while in the water let him flap his arms to help push his body through the water. Finally, Imperior has a long reptile like tail, covered in feathers just like the rest of his body, the tail is dragged behind him along the ground most of the time, it's very rounded except for the end. On the underside of the last few meters of the tail, is what looks like half a fluke, it's almost knife like in shape, starting from nothing and then slowly growing out into  a long and fairly wide flat blade. This is rather thick and filled with muscles as well, so that the kaiju may use his tail to swim with great power and speed. The coloring of this monster has changed little from his smaller cousins, from the cheeks of the bottom jaw all the way down his body, the underside of this monster is pure white while the back is pitch black. The undersides of the arms, belly, chest and inner legs are all white as well as the underside of the tail and the paddle that grows from it are all white. While the back of the tail, front of the legs and back of the arms are all black.

Origin: Sighting go back to prehistoric times, about a giant black and white monster which travels with the storm of white water. These have been made all over the globe, suggesting that Imperior was always a traveler, though strayed only a few times from his native lands. He is considered a guiding spirit by many people, though this is out-right mocked by most others who see the giant bird as just another mutation.
