Name: Pannit (Pan, Peter Pan, PanPan)
Species:  Mutant Stegosaur
Alignment: Neutral Good
AMMO Rating: Potential rating of 3 Threat level of 1

Height: 22 meters
Length: 52 meters
Mass: 36,000 tons

Powers:

Serrated Tail Spikes- Pannit’s tail spikes have small teeth like blades covering them, letting his tail spikes slice through flesh like butter and if they break off inside a foe they can grow back in seconds. Being not fully developed the spikes can easily be replaced or broken off without much harm to the monster himself. The serrated edges make them very hard to pull out, acting like the stinger of a bee they remain on the foe, causing more pain and annoyance each time the blades are wiggled about in the opposing creature.

Regeneration-  Pannit's regeneration is extremely powerful, letting the little stegosaur grow back entire limbs if he has enough time. He bounces back from horrific wounds and seems happy to jump right back into the fray and help his mentor with whatever trouble might have surfaced. AMMO has theorized that it has to do with his youth as young creatures of any sort have been known to come back from frightful aliments, the ability could very well fade once the small monster reaches his full size, though most kaiju sport some sort of regeneration Pannit's is by far the strongest on record.

Solar Plates- Over the course of the day, Pannit’s plates absorb the sun’s energy as long as it’s daylight he can charge his body with this energy and almost never have to stop to catch his breath. Pannit’s powers also use this as their main energy so that his body isn't taxed nearly as much as most kaiju. Pannit can super-charge his own body, becoming faster and stronger than before, even speeding up his own inherent regeneration to insane levels as long as he can draw in sunlight. The kaiju has also learned how to use this energy for other purposes, able to send out a wave of solar light from his plates that heals any living creature it touches. He can also rejuvinate tired or spent fighters, giving them a second wind o sorts to get back into the fight. AMMO still aren't sure just how he harnesses the sun's power like this, but it regulates the little kaiju to a support role, something AMMO aren't truly sure what to do with but they will take any edge they can manage.

Weakness:

Youth- Pannit’s  lack of battle time and over enthusiasm can get him into trouble, often going in over his head and needing older kaiju such as Grawn to bail him out. Pannit isn't a very good judge of character, he would walk right up to the most genocidal monster on Earth and lick it's foot, that is without Grawn watching and warning the young kaiju about such danger, he is simply too naive.

Battery- Pannit only has enough charge for eight hours after dark, once he runs out he is slow and sluggish, easy to hit and attack. The young kaiju just does not have the endurance to keep up without an energy boost, often having to retreat to a hidden spot to take a little nap while Grawn watches his back or just keeps the fight focused on himself while his charge rests.

Personality:
This kaiju is quite possibly the most harmless in the AMMO files, he has more of a childish outlook on life, always looking out for something new and interesting. Pannit is very attached to his creator, Dr. Stephanie Firstson, who seems to return his feelings with a motherly attitude. Other then the good doctor, he respects the old Ankylosaur named Grawn and sees him as an father-figure and mentor, following battle scarred giant’s every order. In turn he seems less impulsive under Grawn's watch without it the stegosaur is likely to go bounding off to inspect whatever odd thing has caught his eye, like an over-sized scaly puppy with ADD. Pannit seems to not have a single malevolent bone in his body, perfectly happy to watch humans and animals alike, he seems utterly fascinated with them and is perfectly happy letting people climb all over him until he accidentally shakes them off in excitement.

Description:
Overall Pannit looks very much like a stegosaur, his overall lack of mutations is credited to both AMMO's hesitation to experiment and the monster's youth. That said there are several features which set him apart from the specimens anyone can see in a museum. Both his tail and neck are overly long and flexible, his tail can whip about and touch his front leg while his neck can crane back into an 'S' shape or twist about so that he can reach the middle of his back. His front legs are a bit thin and sport distinct long claws instead of hoof like feet while his back legs are a far more muscled and seem quite well built to letting the little stegosaur balance on them, sometimes even going up on two legs so he can look around, not unlike the action of a meerkat. He also has an odd number of plates for a stegosaur, starting just behind his head there are four sets placed on his oddly long neck, starting out very small and slowly growing larger with each set. The plate son his back begin above his shoulders, there are five sets of plates here, each set containing two plates that mirror each other, they are able to be flexed up close together or straight out flat to resemble the wings of a plane. The ones on his back grow in size, the middle pair being the largest before they begin to decent again. At the base of his tail they are less than half the size of the middle pair however Pannit also had six sets going down his tail, growing smaller still as they approach the tip, their smaller size lets him gain more flexibility in his tail without the plates getting in the way. The inside of the plates are completely black while the outside half is a light creamy yellow in color, letting Pannit regulate the amount of energy he takes in by angling them towards or away from the sun. On his tail is a nest of spikes, either broken off or half-grown, the jagged lengths grow like a shark replaces teeth, there is always another spike ready to take the other's place if one is lost, they are fairly flat in shape ad not all that long. As for Pannit's coloring he has a dark grey that covers his top half, starting at the tip of his nose, going down over his top jaw and covering his eyes while going down the middle of his back. This dark grey connects his plates and covers the center of his back, going down and streaking across the upper half of his tail, the grey line however does not go below the base of his plates. Under the plats is a creamy golden tan color that covers his legs, belly, lower-jaw and the underside of little Pannit's tail. Lastly his eyes are a bright yellow, nearly gold in color, they constantly look alive and excited.

Origin:
Pannit is one of the few kaiju who has a complete recorded history, he was grown in a lab and raised by Dr. Stephanie Firstson, they both bonded to each other in the form of mother and child. The media followed Pannit's life from egg to young-adult, from the moment that AMMO stated they had a new weapon to serve in the battle, a young squire to aid the aging knight Grawn. Pannit was taken care of as he grew, when he was still a hatchling he was introduced to Grawn, at first the older kaiju didn't like the younger one, but with time the young Pannit grew on Grawn and the Ankylosaur finally took Pannit under his wing. At times the creator is flagged down, she often uses overly cute terms regarding her creation, but one of the strangest is 'Peter Pan' and when asked about it the geneticist just smiled and said she used to go to plays when she was little where she would watch the story done by actors, she admired and loved the main character only finding out much later that Peter Pan is almost always played by a young woman. As a tomboy growing up Miss Firstson latched on to that and has utterly loved the character ever since. This only leaves reporters more can fused than before, just assuming that Stephanie just has an emotional attachment to the name and leave it at that.
"Holy death to all living things, Batman!"

Here's Pannit, the sidekick and trainee of Grawn.

I was a little stuck on what powers he should have, I mean...I can't just focus everything on tails now can I?

So I ended up looking at those plates and thought "Solar power!" so i ended up making him a support kaiju in nature, once he reaches adult age his powers will become much stronger and he will be able to fight on his own.

UPDATE: 2014

It's been a while, my abilities and universe has grown so very much over the years. I plan to revamp both Terrormaw and Grawn as well as an adult version of Pannit which will be coming fairly shortly. Oddly I didn't change a ton about her...*cough* him I mean, now why would that ever slip out? Anywho I am keeping Pannit a pretty simple borderline a GAS kaiju as he is one of the first human made kaiju and they haven't gotten too skilled at it beyond just making giant animals. One of the most important changes is that I removed Pannit's ability to shoot solar rays, he's now a full on support monster. Don't worry he will get them back after he grows up and mutates. I also decreased his size and weight to better fit a young kaiju. Grawn will get a bit more love as he sort of further mutated as he aged, Terrormaw was mutated by his own abilities, devouring flesh and rock to become something different, that's why they aren't GAS kaiju compared to Pannit who in turn will grow out of it.
