Powers:

Eye Laser- The right eye is replaced by a robotic optic which has a power cell inside of the head of this beast. It not only collects energy passively to keep the cyborg going, but it can also discharge this energy which is magnified through the ruby lenses and turned into a powerful laser. While it lack concussive force, the laser melts metal and armor like there is no tomorrow, it also has pinpoint aim, aided by a number of built in scanners.

Plasma Cannon- Graphed into the right arm, after the particle cannon, this weapon was hailed as the next most complex. It shoots a small blue-ish ball of energy that hits with a powerful impact. Alone a few shots can blow open massive holes in flesh, when turned on armor a constant stream can push a foe backwards. The weapon can also be charged up and fired in a shotgun like blast, this is able to send foes larger then Raptenator flying or utterly explode them. The gun also has a sort of bayonet, a wedge of steel that is mounted near the forearm and arks out passed the muzzle of the cannon, but not so much that it can be caught in the line of fire. In this way the kaiju can both fight close range or far away with both arms, losing none of the deadly skills he once had in life.

Tail Spear- Similar to the bayonet, there is a bit of metal on the end of the tail which is made up of two bladed triangles that curve down at a slight ark. Combined with an abnormally flexible tail for a member or the raptor family, this can be used at a third arm to strike over head or at the sides of any monster that Raptenator happens to be battling at the time.

Death- Raptenator is functionally dead, for lack of a better term. He can is barely affected by poisons, venoms and most types of viruses, unless it is flesh eating. He is able to go into outer space as well as the deep oceans in search of other kaiju to fight and defeat. Unlike his predecessor, Raptenator can sense changes in the environment and even pain, though it is dulled to the point the no longer flinches when hit. He does need to eat flesh and metal to power his Nanites to heal his broken body, so hunger is not escaped.

Nanites of Life- Nanites keep this now dead monster working, not only do they stop any tear on the muscles of Raptenator, but they can work overtime to heal wounds done to him This grants him a fair regeneration, though it will focus on vital needs before targeting problems which may not be a threat right at that second, making his Nanites a double edged sword.

Organic Edges- The dinosaur still retains his left hand talons and fangs as well as the blade like claws on his feet. These make great slashing weapons which the monster combos with his more machine ones. Alone these strikes don't do much, but at the speed which the raptor attacks and the constant angling on his foe's weak points, these quickly build up.

Jetpack Raptor- Right under the shoulder blades of this kaiju sit two booster packs which are able to lift double the monster's weight. These let Raptenator fly, hover and even leave the planet if needed. In battle this can be combined with his normal agile nature to let the monster rival Hornswoggle for title of "Most Nimble Kaiju".

Weakness:

Light Metal- Because of the monster's natural speed and acrobatics, light metal and plastic were used in his making. While his metal and plastic parts are both heat and cold resistant, they are about as easy to shatter as his organic parts.

Plasma Backlog: If blocked or damaged badly before use, the unstable plasma cannon has a high chance of exploding, doing stupid amounts of damage to anything near by and possibly destroying the cyborg.

Finisher:
All Hail- Forcing his foe onto it's knees or lacking that just lower to the ground, Raptenator then steps behind the other monster before stabbing his right arm through it's back, crushing the ribs in the process. The blade on the gun-arm will cut through any bones in the way before ripping out of the chest. The cyborg then uses his organic arm to force the other monster's head up before he fires a fully charged blast of his plasma cannon at point blank range from the inside of the other monster, blowing it to shreds.

Personality: Like many of the GDF cyborg, 004 keeps his emotions intact, since the failure of 003. He has grown into a rather pessimistic creature, almost always retaining a sour look on his muzzle no matter what is going on around him. This nature causes him to fight against any odds, after all, everyone has to die sometime and for Raptenator it might as well be today. He has no close ties to the GDF, though follows orders well enough, constantly being updated to a wireless router which is hardwired into his partly computer brain. He seems to stay with them out of a sense of purpose, lacking any real drive the kaiju does very little in his off time unless he is needed to back up another unit or army. Unlike the past kaiju, Raptenator is able to communicate with his keepers, if he chooses he can think out a message and it will appear on a computer screen inside him docking chambers where his team watch over the kaiju. He is also the first kaiju to be able to "talk" in a manner, the type that shows up on the computer can be linked with a primitive version of the machine which Stefan Hawking uses, giving him a rather monotone voice, though somehow his snarky personality shines through well enough.

Description: To start with, the basic body of Raptenator is studier then most raptor based monsters. His head is broader then normal and is a bit blocky at the back of the skull, though it thins towards the front like any raptor. The left eye is organic, having your basic reptile like slit while the other once is a circular optic which is raised from the skull, looking sort of like a monocle. This kaiju has a shorter neck then most raptor like animals, though it retains some flexibility. The stance of the beast is a bit odd, instead of the well known horizontal posture, the monster raises it's chest up and forces the tail down, having a nearly erect spine. On the sides of the chest are two large units that are more or less built right into the animal, they are in turn connected to a small plate which leads to a metal coated spine. The hips are angled straight down, having an almost human angle on them with heavily muscled thighs for the beast's size. At the end of the legs are slightly thinner ankles which are connected to the feet, on the right leg there is Raptenator's organic foot with long strong toes tipped with sharp claw, there are only three toes on each foot. The toes are played out to help balance and support the kaiju's weight while the third slashing claws switch from being ready for attack and just resting, these are hugged fairly close to the second toe. The left foot is metal, a piston rod connects the heel to the rest of the leg while the ankle and part way up the leg are also made from graphed metal. The foot tries to be a mirror of the real foot, splayed toes and sickle claw, but it is made out of small metal plates and a mass of cables twisted around the metal bones of the foot. The left arm seems to be a hybrid of human and dinosaur features, it lacks the key bones which let the raptor hand move like a bird's wing, but instead it's wrist has been made as flexible as a human's. The arm itself seems a bit long, even for a raptor's, the proportions border on human, though they fall just short of this mark. The other arm is mechanical, the shoulder joint and elbow joints have been removed and replaced with ball-joints, letting the arm pin around at these points and even point straight back away from the monster. At about half way down the fore-arm the cannon starts, cables and metal girders are fused or welded in and under the skin, giving it a little bulky look. All of these are surrounded by some plates of protective metal until you get to the muzzle of the gun where it has three small prongs that focus the energy for the plasma attacks. On top of the gun is a blade that starts almost as far back as the cannon itself, this weapon then arks forwards, going passed the muzzle a ways, but not far enough to give the monster a great reach with it. On the back, just under the shoulder blades are a pair of rocket boosters that stick out and then are sharply angled down near the tips. These are connected to the small metal plates which connect the sides and spine together. Lastly the tail is mostly organic and is also highly flexible, almost on the level of a snake, in any case it is a rather smooth limb with no bumps or spines. The last few feet of the tail however are just bleached bone, here another metal plate is fused to the bone and two twin blades sit there to make it just another weapon. Similar to the bayonet, there is a bit of metal on the end of the tail which is made up of two bladed triangles that curve down at a slight ark. The color on this monster is over all a dull grey, broken up by rusty red stripes which start at the back of the head and trace down the dinosaur's spine.

Origin: Raptenator was in fact the first mutant that the GDF dealt with, buying him for a genetics lab with seems to be off the record. The monster was raised well and grew from a hatchling to his full size in less then seven months, once at this size he was put out with the same drugs used on Helbred. They then cut into the skull and did much the same thing that they did to 003, but instead of outright killing the body they let most of it lose connection to the brain as well as causing the brain to suffer damage. This let them rework the monster as they saw fit, later repairing some of the damage to the brain with nano-bots. The trouble was, all the training and work that the GDF put into the raptor was all but forgotten, causing the beast to rage out at his captors. He was shut down again and his brain made more machine to program the basics back into him, from there on he was retaught all that he used to know as a GDF monster and then some, the end result was a human level intelligent monster who preformed better then HQ could have hoped, however he still was not the perfect cyborg.
