Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall.
The seasons come one and all.
His paws change from brown to grey
and grey to white.
His eyes, which once put a hawk to shame.
Now need glass just to see a footpaw.
Time comes for us one and all...
Even Father Abbot of Redwall.
This was inspired by the Redwall books which contain some of the most complex poems I have ever read.
