Name: The Spartan (Gatekeeper, Spartan, The Guardian, The Greek, Greek)
Species: Genetically Advanced Homo Sapien
Alignment: Unknown

Height: 26 meters (Erymanthos) 35 meters
Length: 3 meters (Erymanthos) 46 meters
Mass: 35,000 tons (Erymanthos) 58,000 tons

Powers:

Spartan Endurance- This kaiju has been literally known to fight for days without end, his max seems to be around a week without rest. The Spartan can take almost any blow and continue to rise, he has been seen going into battle with a broken arm against a rested foe and still defeating them with enough energy left to make sort work of the GDF units that arrive after the battle for clean up.

Ionized Spear- The Spartan carries a collapsible spear that begins no longer then his hand, but at a command it opens up and then elongates into a weapon that is longer then he is tall. The spear at first no tip and looks pretty much like a staff, but then the generator whirls into life and creates a spear head made out of pure ionized energy. This lets it stab through just about any defense known, as well as cauterizing the wounds on contact. This is a deadly ranged weapon, used to keep foes at a distance and when combined with his shield it makes for an unparalleled tactic that has yet to be breached. The spear can also be thrown if needed and though the range is not that of most distance weapons, it is devastating when it strikes, often going straight through the target. Once it stops moving, the spear collapses back into it's original form, which then can be later picked up and used by the Spartan as he sees fit.

Spartan Shield- Round and very large, this warrior can easily use the shield as a wall between himself and his foes. Due to the Spartan's raw strength, it is nearly impossible to force him back when the shield is up. The shield itself has a force ionic force generator in it and can create a force field around the Spartan or just the shield itself. This can also be used as a weapon, bashing and pushing foes away or even throwing it to deal a massive blow that often stuns foe kaiju.

Aries Armor- Tinted red with gold trim, this armor is in a league all it's own and named after the god of war himself, it takes forces greater then most kaiju to even dent it. It's only known weakness is extreme cold, beyond that the Spartan can walk into the heart of a volcano or even to the bottom of the ocean without trouble. Bladed weapons show little to no effectiveness against this armor and blunt ones serve to only dent or anger the Spartan.

Greek-Tech Sword- Much like the Norseman's, though it is a Greek sword instead of a Norse broadsword. Shorter and quicker, this weapon is perfect for close combat and due to the holder's extreme skill, it is a hard thing to counter. When needed, the sword can create a blast of pure sonic force that is so strong that it can push back foes. Though it can be tuned in a second to create blades of sonic strength to cut through most known armors. This is by far the Spartan's most powerful and versatile weapon.

Battle Boar Mount- Erymanthos, named after a giant boar of Greek myth, this beast serves his master faithfully. He seems to be at least as intelligent as his modern cousins the pigs and is quick to jump to any orders that Spartan barks out. Erymanthos has a heavily armored hide, matched only by his master, he can shrug off just about anything, becoming a living tank to bulldoze over foes. Adding to his plated body are sharp, but short, spikes that stick out of his sides and shoulders, only his back his free of them. His strength is also quite impressive, though there are stronger kaiju out there, he can still hold his own. By far his most potent weapons are the massive set of jaws, he can snap with bone shattering forces and make light work of any fool who dares contest the Spartan. It should also be noted that this boar has an extremely bad temper and has been known to fly off the handle at simple things, in battle this makes him far harder to kill and predict. The only being able to calm him down seems to be the Spartan himself, though even he is careful when Erymanthos is in such a state. While the Spartan can move freely without the boar and even travel vast distances on his own, the warrior would rather save his energy by riding. When on guard duty, sometimes the two are seen going head to head in sparing matches, more often then not the humanoid comes out on top, but once in a while Erymanthos pulls a win out of his massive rear.

Weakness:
Ice Armor- Extreme cold can make his armor brittle and easier to break, though it still takes a monstrous amount to do any good.

Finisher:
Display- If the Spartan's foe is a powerful one, he will often lop off it's head after death and place it on his spear for a few months. When there is nothing left but bone, he will either toss it away or hand it over to the Norseman.

Personality: The Spartan is devoted to his duty and will not move from his post unless ordered by his yet unknown master. He shows little to no emotion, though seems to live by a strict set of rules that only he knows, some of them include standard notions of honor, albeit it twisted. Unlike many kaiju, he does notice humans, he cares nothing for them unless they try to sneak passed his post, to which he will bellow "Only the dead may pass!" before brutally killing them.

Description: Like the Norseman, the Spartan's unarmored body has almost never been seen, though the few that have witnessed it describe it as such. A massive orange skinned humanoid over all, strong muscle bound arms with claw like fingernails at the end. Feet look for the most part human as well, though they have claws. The head is rather elongated, a pointed chin that outlines a maw filled with sharp dagger like fangs, two of these teeth stick out of his lower jaw and point upwards like tusks, even if the mouth is closed. He does have lips, though they are not that expressive due to his emotionless personality. In the center of his forehead is a large eye, making him look something like a Cyclops of Greek myth, though it does not seem to affect his aim or battle skills. Like his counterpart, the Spartan lacks facial or any other hair on his body. The last note worthy thing is that his ears are pointed at the tips, similar of the fictional elves or orcs.

Armor- The armor is similar to the Spartans of old, though it is only fleeting. The helmet is much the same, though it seems to cloak the face in shadows even if light is thrown on it.  The chest plate is quite broad, showing the depiction of a ram skull on it as a symbol of the god Aries. The arm guards are flat on the outside pieces to help catch and turn away blades, but the armor itself is made of three different sections, though no skin shows between the slits. The leg armor is rather sleek, made up of two parts, thick embroidered plates that make up the waist and thighs and the slimmer, more plain  looking metal boots that are placed over the feet. Again, no skin can be seen when the armor is on. The color is a rather striking vermilion red with dark gold trim, making it a shocking bit of armor.

Erymanthos- Though this kaiju clearly has boar DNA in the mix, it's body suggests that much of it is based off the prehistoric monster known as Entelodont. His body is thick and bulky, supported by four strong legs that end in two rather wide hooves that let him take much more weight then normal. His back is humped with muscle, having almost no neck at all. His skin is made out of metallic like octagons, similar to what is described on another myth. These "plates" are very thick and seem to be made of an organic metal. On his sides and shoulders there are small metal studs that are quite sharp, able to make attackers think twice before tangling with this monster. His head and snout look much the same as an Entelodont's, the only notable difference is glowing red eyes.

Origin: Carefully a young boy was given a large needle, his choice was to stay weak and pathetic or become a god among his people. Not long after that, a new being was seen walking the Earth, unstoppable and uncaring as he goes about dark orders that no one but he answers to.
So it took longer the a day or two, sue me.

This is the second half to my humanoid team, the straight man of the two...which is rather scary.

It should be clear he is a tribute to 300 and shares the other tributes as the Norseman. The Spartans and the Vikings were two of the most infamous warrior groups of all time and they got their respective characters in my kaiju verse.

Other then that, he works for the same shadowy figure and serves to guard the huge canyon known as Hell's Pass and to this day, no one has gotten passed him so no one knows what's in there. *plot line thunder and lightning*

LOL

Well the only ones I see take a war elephant by their trunks and then use them as a club against their own players.

That's from the Age of Mythology game, it was just plain awesome!

Oh and as a spoiler.

I'm going to have one hell of a brawl in my plotline, pretty much after Trial makes his scene and then gets beting off by a team of three or four kaiju. He will go to sleep and heal.

Then at full health, he will be attacked and beaten, savagely, by my two warriors here. It seems that Nutjob finally found a use for the three headed plague later on.

Don't be.

While not as corny as 300, my kaiju here was based on that movie.

I take that as a compliment.
